Best backrest I've had so far. For me (5'10") 177 lbs it could not be improved on, it's perfect. Buy this first and try it, you might not want to buy the bottom seat cushions that go with this because the backrest changes the dynamic shape of your seat position completely(your butt sits forward and more upright with the backrest. I found using this alone solved everything.
I have my Obus Pro Backrest in my sound proofed(Dynamat, RattleTrap, B-quiet Vcomp throughout) 94 Crown Vic LX and my Obus equipped seat is more comfortable than a Bentley(my Ford is a TOMB and has less road noise than a new Bentley as well). OK, the Bently is purty but I'll keep the 250K to buy my carbon fuels. Highly Recommended!

I have had one of these back supports in my car for about 5 years now, and it is very comfortable. It's very easy to move from one car to another--the elastic straps that are there to hold it on the seat are not really necessary, because it fits the seats so well. It is definitely worth the extra $ over others.
