This does a good job for light work. Don't use it for thick branches. Our church ruined two identical models within a short time. The yard person apparently tried to cut too many branches with a single pass. In both cases the gear drive had broken cogs. This might not have happened if B&D used a heavier gear wheel. YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOUR FINGER IS NOWHERE NEAR THE TRIGGER WHICH WILL UNLOCK IT. I'M SURE I WILL GET USED TO IT BUT MY PREVIOUS B&D 18" HAD TO BE PURPOSELY RELEASED. SEVERAL PRIOR REVIEWS MENTIONED A DRAWBACK OF THE EXTENSION CORD CONTINUING TO FALL OUT. THIS MODEL CONTAINS A CORD LOCK WHICH COMPLETELY PREVENTS THIS. THE CORD CAN NOT FALL OUT EVEN IF YOU TRIED. THERE IS A SPACE TO INSERT A SHORT PIECE OF THE EXTENSION CORD UNDER THE HANDLE AND A CORD RETAINER OVER WHICH A LOOP OF CORD SHOULD BE SECURED. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO COME UNPLUGGED FROM THE TRIMMER ONCE THIS IS DONE.

Love the H300's and the battery life (this would have been my 3rd one - one got washed, the other crushed) HOWEVER I cannot use a PINK one.

Despite the seller / product description and picture, I did not receive "Motorola H300 Wireless Bluetooth Headset General Features: Black design Wireless Bluetooth Headset". -Instead I received "Motorola H300 Wireless Bluetooth Headset General Features: Pink Girly Froo-Froo Design".

******** UPDATE *********
After contacting the seller, they agreed that the page may have inaccurately depicted the product and would replace it with the gray / blue model pictured.

They also agreed to refund the return shipping on the condition I revise this posting and remove the negative feedback. Unfortunately I can't find the receipt from the post office but I've revised this post to reflect that the seller is sending the pictured model.

I have owned mine for 3 yrs now or close to it. Bought it for the hubby whom has lost it numerous times but it always shows back up. I know one time it spent a few weeks in the yard unprotected, it has been left in his tackle box for almost 6 months. Its bounced around in the bottom of my purse for god knows how long and then was left there after changing purses. I just found it again during the remodeling of our house, lol. This poor thing has been lost, beat up, and left out to basically disintegrate. But nope not gonna happen with this model. It's one tough cookie in my book and cute too.

Although we mistreated it since we've had it the battery actually has only been changed once and it still was not fully dead. I changed it after finding it in the yard in case of moisture, but once again, NO Problems! lol The casing has utterly no noticeable torture scars nor is the internal functions showing any kind of signs of abuse or age. I am very amazed at this product and highly recommend it. Oh yea and it has been compatible and has paired to every phone I have had when it wasn't lost.

I purchased this MP3 player in black and yellow. I could not get the ear plugs to work. I downloaded my songs from I tunes to I could listen to this player while in the swimming pool. It's still not working. it's been 2 1/2 months now. sigh*** I lost the paperwork so I can't return it.

I had such high hopes for this underwater MP3 player that the fact that it quit working after 3 workouts was a bigger let down than it should have been. And indeed, I should have read more reviews. The fact that customer service does not respond AT ALL is the insult that really hurts. It is still under warranty, but no one I contact through their website responds. There is seemingly no recourse. I used PayPal to pay for it and wonder if there may be some recourse. buyer Beware, eh? Has anyone found a unit that does work?

I purchased this back in January when I decided to start swimming laps 2-3 times a week. The idea of that kind of exercising without music just doesn't appeal to me. This player has been nothing but a pain. It advertises an 8-9 hour continuous play, but I found it had to be recharged most times after 2 one-hour workouts. It would just die during my swim. Finally, it died completely. I have been trying to reset it according to the instructions, but the battery will not charge. I get that it is not that expensive, but I did expect it to last longer than 4 months! I bought a second one for my BF shortly after I bought mine (before I started having REAL issues) and his lasted less time than mine. I just ordered a waterproof IPOD Shuffle from here based on its good reviews. Will see if THAT one lasts longer! Buyer beware on this unit!

Canon sells a similar product: "Canon Timer Remote Controller TC-80N3" which costs a ridiculous $150, and this seemed to be a viable alternative. I really need a timer remote and was hoping that all the other people that had problems with this product were wrong. However they weren't, it will not fire my EOS 40D.

The problem with this product is the connector. This product uses the Canon EOS N3 style connector, but the shaft is not long enough to engage the pins that are in the camera body (see the pics I uploaded). As a result, the timer remote's signal doesn't ever reach the camera body, and no pictures are taken. You can occasionally force a connection by pressing the connector in really hard, but this is unreliable and impractical.

If the connector would actually connect, this product would go from a 1 star to a 5 star. The product feels good in my hand, has plenty of features, and it seems well construction for a $20 item. I purchased this from BestDealUSA via Amazon, and it arrived very quickly, too bad the product has a design flaw.

I received the "Shoot" branded version of this product (I've seen several versions of what look like identical products with different names printed on them). The product box was labeled "Shoot Remote Cord" and came with a bar code label that read: "TIMER REMOTE RS-80N3 For Canon EOS 50D 40D 30D 1D etc." The bar code was: 7-338703-429235.

As I am a lover of purity and cleanness, the white color appealed to me, and the cushions will let me hear my songs without the ear discomfort the intrusive little ones give so often. These adjust size very easily and smoothly and are VERY comfortable and sound great because its cushions guard me from outside noise. If you are going to use the batteries within a few hours of charging, then these are okay. They loose charge significantly (almost to unusable) if left overnight after charging. I bought quite a few based on the reviews and was very dissappointed with its performance. Complete waste of money and missed opportunities if you are relying on these batteries. I charged 16 of them and took them with me to a photography shoot the next day, and they were completely drained when I tried to use them. After recharging them, I was able to use it as long as I used it within a few hours of charging. I replaced them with the eneloop batteries which are really good. I am buying more of the 2500mAH eneloop batteries today. The 2700mAH rating on these batteries mean nothing if they self discharge completely by the next day or two.

I have been using these batteries for a couple of years now. They are far superior to any other rechargeable batteries I have ever used. They seem to last forever before needing to be charged. I recently bought more, but the old ones are still working like new.
