This product was shipped extremely fast and we appreciated the ability to track our purchase. Upon its arrival, we were very pleased to find that both the manufacture and Amazon took great lengths to ensure the packaging was more than adequate to keep the solar kit from being destroyed during transit.

Then I ran a test from inside my home with this charger. Placing the charger near an outside window. I was amazed how much power was being generated despite not having the charger in fun sun light, not even close.

Many told me that I would only get about 10% of what a solar panel was rated to do when it wasn't in full sun light. I measured a full amp, and 12.6 Volts. With a little more sun light, on about 1/4 of the panel, my voltage continued to climb.

I'd give this product a high recommendation for anyone looking for a good trickle charger.

This Sunforce 50033 is rated at 15 watts that should be around 1.2 amps at 12.5 volts. I bought two and together they struggle to give me 1.2 amps. The low amps maybe due to charging voltage being about 14.5 volts out of charge controller as well as sun angle from location placed in the Motor Home. The higher the voltage the less the amps. I am attempting to keep two Motor Home deep cycle batteries charged through winter. Max distance the charge controller can be from batteries is six feet. I would have given three and a half stars if I could for ease of installation and great packaging. I was worried about breakage but they put a well constructed product box with good styrofoam all around into another heavy cardboard shiping box.
