If you are going to use the batteries within a few hours of charging, then these are okay. They loose charge significantly (almost to unusable) if left overnight after charging. I bought quite a few based on the reviews and was very dissappointed with its performance. Complete waste of money and missed opportunities if you are relying on these batteries. I charged 16 of them and took them with me to a photography shoot the next day, and they were completely drained when I tried to use them. After recharging them, I was able to use it as long as I used it within a few hours of charging. I replaced them with the eneloop batteries which are really good. I am buying more of the 2500mAH eneloop batteries today. The 2700mAH rating on these batteries mean nothing if they self discharge completely by the next day or two.

we've learned that Maha is a leader in this area. we have their charger but have been buying cheaper batteries. saw these thought we'd give them a try & they do seem to hold charge longer & shine more brightly than others so they are worth it, in long run...

I have been using these batteries for a couple of years now. They are far superior to any other rechargeable batteries I have ever used. They seem to last forever before needing to be charged. I recently bought more, but the old ones are still working like new.
